Feedback and Complaints in Caritas Czech Republic: Why is it important to raise your voice

We encourage everyone we work with to let us know their opinions. Whether it is a participant of a recently held program or somebody who might have been exposed to some unpleasant incident. Everyone has the right to speak out and to be heard. That is why at Caritas Czech Republic we pay special attention to our Feedback and complaints mechanism and want to make sure everyone has access to it.

Caritas Internationalis urgently calls for access to COVID-19 vaccines for the developing countries

Caritas Internationalis, of which Caritas Czech Republic is a member, calls in a recent statement on the UN and the decisions makers to urgently address the developing countries’ approach to coronavirus vaccine. According to Caritas Internationalis, the access to vaccines across the world has not been as equitable as it should be.

Volunteering program in the Estera center

This week, AO Pro-Development in partnership with AO "HOMECARE", carried out a volunteering program in which online trainings for volunteers were organized and involved them in practical medico-social activities in the Estera center.

TPC Estera opened its new premises

November 12, 2020 – The new premises of the theoretical-practical Center for Medical and Social Care "Estera" were inaugurated today. This event was held under the project "Support and Assistance to the Social Sector in Moldova", implemented by Caritas Czech Republic in partnership with AO Pro-Development and AO "Homecare" and funded by the Czech Development Agency.
